Clayfield College Boarding House - Clayfield
A Project involved extending the existing Boarding House, creating a commercial kitchen, Managers accommodations and 35 additional boarding rooms with ensuites.
Construction consisted of double brick lower story with suspended concrete forming the first floor. Brick veneer was chosen for the upper level with timber trusses and metal roof sheeting all fully air conditioned.
