The Warehouse Group used up most of the newly created 3500m2 of space available to lease in this Development in the rapidly growing North Coast Suburb. A total of 15 new small to medium retailers were also accommodated.
Concrete Tilt Up Panels with Structural Steel and Metal roof were the Architects preferred method of Construction.
