Noosaville Service Centre Noosaville

This project involved the construction of a new service station and retail shops on a 7,739m2 site at Noosaville.

The scope of works included:

• Construction of a new 7-Eleven service station
• A new 224m2 7-Eleven shop building which consisted of concrete tilt-up panels and fitout
• Installation of new underground storage tanks and associated works
• Installation of eight new fuel dispensers
• Erection of canopy and signage
• Bio-retention and stormwater detention
• Construction of a new nine metre tall concrete tilt up panel building for Jax Tyres (area 602m2); Repco (area 644m2); Tools Direct (area 995m2)
• Construction of a new 158m2 KFC including fit out and drive-thru
• 63 car parking bays
• Installation of new transformer
• Extensive pavement (3,591m2) and landscaping
