Vehicle Service Precinct Brisbane Airport

This project involved the construction of a new service centre and wash bays.

• Car service centre scope included:
• A new 189m2 building
• Nine car-parking bays
• Office and chemical store
• Wash bay scope included:
• A new 2,205m2 car building
• Two DIY wash bays
• Self serve vacuums
• One automatic wash bay
• 48m2 office building

Other works included the installation of civil, stormwater, hydraulics, structural, mechanical and electrical services.

The building was constructed of structural steel, tilt-up panels and colorbond.
