Coles Express Service Station North Ipswich
We were engaged to design and construct a new Coles Express Service Station and drive-thru fast food tenancy at North Ipswich.
The works on the 2,797m2 site included:
- Relocation of the existing house to the adjoining property
- Construction of a new Coles Express shop building which consisted of concrete tilt up panels with structural steel and fit-out
- Installation of new underground fuel tanks and associated works
- 15 parking bays
- Installation of new fuel dispensers
- Erection of canopy and signage
- Concrete pavement and landscaping
- Construction of Brody’s Chicken tenancy
- Road widening and kerb upgrades the both frontages
