Red Rooster Augusta Heights
This greenfield project involved the construction of a new Red Rooster store at Springfield.
The works included:
- A new 260m2 building constructed of light weight steel, structural steel, colorbond and CFC cladding
- Installation of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical services
- Full commercial kitchen fitout
- Bathroom amenities
- Drive-thru with induction loops
- Detention tank
- Asphalt car-parking for 22 cars
- This project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule.
